Residential Director (Mandatory License LCPC or LCSW-C)

About the Role:

The Residential Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of a residential health care facility, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and support. Minimum Qualifications:

A valid LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) or LCSW-C (Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical) license.

A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or residential setting. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural competency.

Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data management.

Certification in trauma-informed care or similar specialized training. Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the residential facility, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
