About the Role:

The Residential Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of a residential health care facility, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and support. This position is responsible for developing and implementing programs that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents. The Director will lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with families, community resources, and other stakeholders to enhance the quality of life for residents. Minimum Qualifications:

A valid LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) or LCSW-C (Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical) license.

A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or residential setting. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural competency.

Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data management.

Certification in trauma-informed care or similar specialized training. Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the residential facility, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Supervise and mentor staff, providing training and support to enhance their professional development.

Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of resident progress and program effectiveness.

Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the facility.
