Release Coordinator- Columbia, SC - Hybrid.

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Release Coordinator who will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating and managing the release process across all environments at an enterprise level. This is a long-term consulting position.

Responsibilities of the Release Coordinator:

Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.

Ensure Change and Release processes are following in accordance with documentation and audit controls.

Ensure sign offs and reviews of deployments through change management system have been completed according to procedures.

Review audit controls, produce audit reports, and complete audit testing for all controls monitored by change management team.

Create audit reports for tracking databases changes, monitoring, updates, and queries information for control compliance for audit purposes.

Participate in post-release reviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements of the Release Coordinator:

Experience working on SDLC projects.

ITIL Foundations a plus.

Knowledge of ITIL change and release management process.

Basic understanding of Azure DevOps (ADO) a plus

Ability to express to the users' technical information in a non-technical manner. Work Location: Hybrid remote/onsite in Columbia, SC
