Distribution Center Manager

A growing distribution operation in Carteret, NJ is seeking an experienced Distribution Center Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. This role is responsible for driving inventory accuracy, team performance, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a background in logistics, warehouse management systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications:

5+ years of DC/warehouse management experience, with 3+ years of team leadership

Bilingual English/Chinese (Mandarin)

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Professional demeanor

Bachelor’s degree preferred
