ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Core Data Services efforts. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive strategy for the foundational data services that power ZoomInfo's core offerings. You'll own critical data platform components, validation tools, and shared capabilities that ensure the quality, consistency, and accessibility of our industry-leading B2B data. This position requires a strong technical background combined with product management expertise to deliver solutions that enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
The Senior Product Manager, Core Data Services will create and execute on the strategy for ZoomInfo's essential data infrastructure components and shared services. This role is critical to maintaining the competitive advantage of our data products by establishing scalable systems that ensure consistent quality, validation, and normalization. The role bridges technical implementation with business value, working across teams to build a robust foundation for all data-driven products.
What You'll Do (Essential Functions):
Create and execute a strategic vision for ZoomInfo's core data services, including address normalization, email validation, and other shared capabilities
Lead the development of internal tools that improve data quality, monitoring, and management processes
Oversee the Neverbounce email validation service, enhancing its integration with other ZoomInfo products
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure data quality, processing efficiency, and service reliability
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes through improved tooling
Partner with engineering teams to design and implement scalable, efficient data processing systems
Coordinate with multiple product teams to understand their data service needs and develop shared solutions
Present core data service initiatives to executive leadership, translating technical concepts into business terms
Build business cases for platform investments that demonstrate clear ROI and customer impact
Comply with all applicable Company policies and procedures
Regular and consistent attendance, including in-person attendance where required
Other work as assigned by your manager or leadership What You Bring (Required Qualifications):
5+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on data platforms, processing systems, or similar technical domains
Deep understanding of data architectures, processing frameworks, and quality management systems
Experience managing internal tools and platforms that support data-driven products
Proven track record of shipping complex technical products that solve meaningful problems
Strong familiarity with data quality challenges and solutions in B2B environments
Understanding of address normalization, validation services, and data enhancement techniques
Knowledge of data processing pipelines and optimization strategies
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly
Experience leading cross-functional teams toward common goals without direct reporting authority
Ability to build compelling business cases for platform investments
Experience prioritizing competing demands across multiple stakeholders and products
