Job Description

The Media Account Supervisor is a hybrid project manager and client partner, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a complex media account. This role ensures flawless execution of media campaigns by coordinating across internal teams including: Client Services, Media, Search, Social, Creative, Ad Operations, and Data & Analytics, and managing operational processes such as billing, timelines, and deliverables.

Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and client-facing finesse. You'll serve as the connective tissue between the client and cross-functional teams to drive collaboration, streamline delivery, and ensure campaigns meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for media campaign operations and project delivery.

Own end-to-end execution of media plans from kick-off through launch and post-campaign analysis; ensuring milestones, deliverables, and budgets are met.

Facilitate communication across internal and external teams to maintain alignment on timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.

Support billing, budgeting, and tracking processes to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.

Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement scalable solutions that enhance operational workflow.

Maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and proactively addressing issues or opportunities. Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in digital media, integrated marketing, project management, or account management.

Strong understanding of media planning, execution and reporting fundamentals.

Excellent project management and organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and cross-functional teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving client and business needs.

Compensation Range: $73,910 - $116,380. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
