Brick Production Worker

Peoplelink Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturer of high-quality bricks, committed to excellence and innovation in the construction industry. We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team and support the day-to-day operations within our fast-paced plant. We are currently hiring Brick Production Workers for their Iberia, OH manufacturing facility.

Brick Production Worker Job Summary:

5am -1:30pm

Monday - Friday

Additional overtime required as needed

Temp to hire

$20.63/hr to start Brick Production Worker Duties:

Perform general labor tasks such as inspecting bricks, packing bricks, loading, and stacking onto skids

Assist in the operation of machinery and equipment as needed

Ensure quality control and attention to detail in all tasks

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines Brick Production Worker Qualifications:

Previous experience within manufacturing or a similar environment

Self-motivated with good time management skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift
