HSE Supervisor

Ensures compliance of prevailing industrial HSE practices and the company’s HSE Management System

Supports Lead HSE Officer to implement project HSE Programs & Initiatives

Conducts and participates in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with project and company requirements on a daily basis

Conducts weekly HSE site observations with all subcontractors HSE representatives, follow up on all HSE non-conformances and reports on actions taken at the weekly subcontractor progress meetings

Guides contractors employees to safely working methods

Assesses and evaluates permits to work, including hot work and confined space permits

Checks risk analysis made up by Subcontractors in order to take the necessary prevention/mitigation measures

Prepares periodic HSE project reporting

Conducts incident, accident and high potential near-miss investigations and analysis

Ensures safety supervision and HSE coordination on the project site

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Nitec/ Certificate in any engineering field

At least 3 years relevant experience in oil & gas industry

Required Hot Work Assessor, Confined Space and Work at Height certification

Working knowledge of safety legislation

Positive working attitude, fast learner

Good team player and able to work independently

Good communication and interpersonal skill
