What IT Client Services contributes to Cardinal Health
Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value.
Responsibilities
Manage all cellular-enabled wireless mobile devices
Owner of Wireless Communication Device Policy
Troubleshooting for corporate and personal mobile devices
Concur liaison for enforcement of Wireless Communication Device Policy
Reporting for cellular mobile device financials
Vendor account management and contract negotiation
Liaison for international mobility POC’s
Maintain inventory of all US Corporate mobile devices
Receive employee returned iPads
E-Cycle program of mobile devices
Manage loaner MiFi devices for Cardinal Health
Lead Mergers & Acquisition transition of mobile devices
Qualifications
4-8 years of experience, preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Mobility telecommunications experience, preferred
Experience using the following systems, preferred: Jamf, InTune, Service Now, Apple Business Manager, Apple Configurator – MAC, ADAM, Cora, Ariba, Verizon, ATT, T-Mobile on-line portals
What is expected of you and others at this level
Ability to work on-site 1 day per week
Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Works on complex projects of large scope
Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects
Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
Anticipated salary range: $66,500 - $99,645
