We are hiring a dependable and experienced Gas Station Store Manager to oversee daily operations at Hardy Food Mart (Valero) in Hattiesburg, MS. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, maintaining store standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Duties:

• Manage daily store and fuel operations

• Schedule and lead store employees

• Handle inventory, orders, and vendor relations

• Perform cash handling, deposits, and reporting

• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Experience in gas station or retail management preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Flexible schedule, including weekends

• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer use

Pay: $13 – $16 per hour (based on experience)
