$26.58 - $35.88

Your rate of pay will be based on applicable experience

Shift: Days Shift length: 8 Hours

Days off: Fixed If fixed, days off: Saturday & Sunday

Hours per pay period: 80

POSITION SUMMARY:

The pharmacy 340B Program Analyst will provide oversight for the coordination and analysis of financial data across the pharmacy enterprise to support Enloe's 340B program. The Program Analyst will assist pharmacy leadership in managing 340B Drug Discount Program through regular compliance auditing, provider list updates, policy and procedure updates and development, assists with contract management, program enhancement, reporting, purchasing/inventory oversight, and software management. The Program Analyst supports and contributes to the service excellence mission of Enloe Health and the Pharmacy Department.

EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:

Minimum:

Two years of experience working in a hospital or pharmacy setting

Bachelor's degree within a healthcare related field or Pharmacy Technician Certification/License

Desired:

Previous broad pharmacy operations experience or related specialized experience

Experience with pharmacy systems and in-depth knowledge of analytics requirements

Previous pharmacy purchasing and inventory management experience; and experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.

Previous experience with information systems, clinical software and other computer applications.

Prior experience and knowledge of EHR functionality.

LICENSE / CERTIFICATION:

Minimum:

Currently registered as a Pharmacy Technician in good standing by the State of California (only required if candidate doesn't have Bachelor's degree)

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong formal and informal presentation skills are required in order to communicate financial concepts and information to non-financial constituents. Strong analytical skills are required to provide assistance with performance review. Must be familiar with PC and host-based computer systems. Must have strong computer skills and experienced with spreadsheet, word processing, and data base applications. Behavior should be reflective of Enloe Health's core values.
