Job Description

You will be an Integration and Test Engineer at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire in Grand Prairie, TX, supporting the Development Verification and Test planning and execution for the LEED System in Phase 3. Our team is responsible for ensuring the successful integration and testing of complex systems, and as an Integration and Test Engineer, you will play a key role in achieving technical excellence and mission success.

What You Will Be Doing

As an Integration and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for developing test approaches, concepts, and plans, as well as arranging and configuring facilities to support testing. You will also be responsible for test performance, including writing detailed test procedures, configuring test beds, conducting test readiness reviews, and analyzing test results.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing test approaches, concepts, and plans based on system requirements

• Configuring test beds and conducting test readiness reviews

• Conducting tests, collecting and reducing data, and performing analysis of test results

• Serving as the prime System Test Asset Manager through the fabrication, integration, test, and evaluation process

• Troubleshooting problems and managing classified hardware and software

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

Desired skills

• Knowledge of hardware and software interfaces and sensors.

• Experience with testing process starting with subsystems/components through the full system integration verification, and validation.

• Proficient in the use of Cameo for Model Based Engineering.

• Demonstrate the ability to operate comfortably with Quality Engineering, Test Engineers, and Production Operations personnel.

• Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot problems and coordinate other integration participants for I&T program efficiency.

• Deliver effective customer presentations that include performance results, schedule status, and corrective action details.

• Demonstrate awareness of test equipment management including function, calibration and security requirements.

• Verify that test data is recorded and cataloged appropriately. Generate concise but thorough test reports purpose-built for use in V&V events.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
