Overview FedWriters is seeking a qualified Business Process Analyst to support the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Human Capital Management Segment Architecture Support Services.
The Business Process Analyst will ensure consistency and quality of all documentation produced for the USCG Human Capital Management Segment Architecture initiative, with a focus on business process models.
Position is contingent upon successful contract award Work Schedule and Location: On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7am to 5pm at USCG Headquarters in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities * Ensure continuity of voice throughout business process models * Provide quality assurance for all documentation * Utilize iGrafx Business Processing Modeling (BPM) software * Manage Microsoft SharePoint tools and capabilities * Provide guidance for executive level projects implementing change management principles and business process development * Manage projects within estimated timeframes and resource constraints * Coordinate all parties to tasks and review work products for completeness and quality * Read and interpret Government policy, regulations, and directives Qualifications Required: * 3-10 years of relevant experience * Bachelor's or Master's degree (BA/BS or MA/MS) * Superior writing skills and quality assurance expertise * Proficiency with iGrafx Business Processing Modeling (BPM) software * Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint tools and capabilities * Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with executive level personnel FWI is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
