Dispatch Analyst

Overview The Dispatch Analyst plays a key role within the Supply Chain department, supporting both field and office operations out of Denver City, TX.

This role is responsible for managing materials-related job requests, coordinating across departments, and ensuring accuracy in inventory and SAP transactions.

The ideal candidate brings experience in materials management, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities * Manage incoming Ironsight job requests during business hours (Monday-Friday) * Serve as the liaison between dispatch, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution * Provide backup support for goods issues, goods receipts, and uploader movements * Create purchase requisitions for inventory purchases as needed * Assist with physical inventory counts and enter results into SAP * Ensure compliance with company environmental, health, and safety policies * Maintain adherence to regulatory standards including SOX and COPAS Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required * Valid driver's license with no restrictions prohibiting the use of a company vehicle * Experience in materials management; OCTG knowledge is a plus * Familiarity with SAP and oil and gas industry operations * Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills * Ability to work independently in both office and field settings * Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
