MGA Homecare has been providing Private Duty Nursing, Skilled Nursing Visits, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services within the home and community-based setting for over a decade. In 2022 MGA has opened its doors to MGA Behavior Therapy which offers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and early behavior intervention for pediatric patients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities within the Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.

Job Description

This position reports directly to the Director of People Operations. Facilitates tasks and compliance from the candidate's acceptance to the candidate's orientation to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience. Introduces candidate to the Company's inclusive workplace culture and creates a favorable impression of the Company. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

Works on the day-to-day employee issues and enforces organization policies and practices

Provides administrative/clerical support to the human resources department and recruiting team

Oversees new hire on-boarding/off-boarding procedures including new hire paperwork, employee orientation, processing background checks, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly completed and submitted

Assists in organizing, coordinating, and executing human resource projects and processes for the organization

Creates and performs regular audits by generating reports to ensure accuracy and compliance, and to accurately respond to HR data requests

Ensure candidate records reflect current work status and correct demographic information

Coordinate with the recruiting team and other support staff to ensure employees are adhering to local, state, and federal standards

Enter all new hire data, ensuring the integrity of all data entered

Supports and executes the mission, ethics, and goals of the company effectively

Performs all other duties delegated by the Director of People Operations

Qualifications

High attention to detail

Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of confidentiality

Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Ability to communicate effectively

Proficient with computer applications and software

Previous office or data entry experience

Additional Information

Base compensation is $21.50- $24.00 an hour
