Job Summary:
Due to our success and increased business opportunities, we are looking for a Lead Business Development Writer who will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative and driving business growth through compelling and strategic content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Producers, marketing, and product development to ensure content strategies support overall business goals.
• Oversee content production process from ideation to publication, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in content marketing and business development and integrate relevant insights into content strategies.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and impact and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Continuously iterate and refine content strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback from stakeholders.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of five years' experience in content creation, business development, or marketing roles, with a proven track record of success.
• Proven understanding of Requests for Proposals and how to create a sophisticated and detailed response.
• Creative, detail oriented, well organized with the ability to learn, follow instructions, project management, prioritize and self-manage daily workload.
• Strong understanding of health and welfare benefits is preferred.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and persuasive content for diverse audiences.
• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with the capacity to translate business objectives into effective content strategies.
• Advanced technical skills in the use of Microsoft Office suite
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to internal and external customers.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
