As a VIP Account Supervisor at betPARX, you will be responsible for managing and building a portfolio of VIP Players. The VIP Account Supervisor will improve the VIP Player Experience with the intention and purpose of optimizing player value and retention with betPARX. VIP Account Supervisors will report into VIP Leadership and play an integral role of the VIP Team.
Manage and build a book of VIP business through enhanced player relationships, elevated VIP Marketing promotional calendar, exceptional customer service and proactive correspondences
Engage VIP Players to identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance betPARX loyalty
Fulfill VIP SOPs in regards to service, troubleshoot player experience related issues to ensure the highest level of customer services standards are met
Assist in planning and execution of VIP events
Understand, analyze and achieve departmental key metrics and KPIs of VIP performance
Experience and Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in high end customer service field preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build relationships
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Business to Customer Sales experience preferred
Knowledge of gaming industry preferred
Ambition to deliver service levels above and beyond expectations
Willing and able to work Operational hours with periodic travel for VIP events
