Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00

Working at the HoustonHobby Int' Airport Retail Operations Supervisor Responsibilities:

Help the General Manager and Operational Managers with daily store operations, ensuring an awesome customer service experience.

Handle store opening, closing, and shift change procedures.

Manage cash register tasks, including spot checks, end-of-shift cash reconciliations, void processing, and deposits.

Ensure staff arrive on time in full, clean uniforms, including nametags.

Report staff tardiness and absences to management.

Make sure customers are greeted promptly and served by well-trained associates.

Effectively manage customer lines.

Train new hires & provide daily coaching to the staff.

Assign daily duties to sales associates and keep them informed about daily sales targets

Strong product knowledge and ensure proper stock replenishment and rotation.

Maintain housekeeping standards (e.g., dusting, folding, sweeping, mopping).

Stay alert to prevent theft and enforce policies to control internal shrinkage. Qualifications:

Ability to manage and help plan daily activities with Leadership

At least one year of experience as a retail supervisor

Experience providing supervision and support to store staff

Works with on-site sales representatives

Approachable and interactive leadership qualities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong time-management and multitasking skills

High School Diploma or equivalent Other Benefits:
