Data Entry Clerk

We’re looking for a detail-focused and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk. Responsibilities:

Input data from various sources (forms, spreadsheets, documents, images, audio, etc.) into designated databases and systems.

Review entries for accuracy and completeness, correcting any errors.

Safeguard data integrity and maintain confidentiality per company policies.

Organize digital files systematically for ease of access and retrieval.

Conduct routine data quality checks and assist with data cleanup.

Generate simple data reports or summaries when requested.

Stay in regular contact with your team via email, messaging, and video calls.

Manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and team goals.

Adhere closely to data entry guidelines and procedures.

Provide administrative support as needed.

Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate more complex problems when necessary.
