The Compensation Director will provide collaborative leadership of compensation processes to support the attraction and retention of a global workforce.
This position is responsible for the planning, developing, implementing, and administering of compensation programs, policies, and processes that are strategic in design and pro-active in supporting the Enterprise's long-term goals.
This position is also responsible for ensuring that the company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
This position will be instrumental in delivering on our Employee Value Proposition.
