Minimum 3 years of multi-family property management experience, with experience in affordable housing required.
Experience in HUD PBV housing property management (knowledge of Project Based Section 8, LIHTC, or other HUD programs)
HCCP certification preferred
Bilingual skills preferred
Knowledge of EIV system preferred
High energy and a strong focus on providing excellent resident service
Ability to motivate and train your team on leasing, marketing, and collections
Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a preference for working in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong written communication skills, including the ability to compose grammatically correct and professional notices
Experience with Onesite and RealPage products is preferred Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Operate the property in alignment with the financial guidelines set by the Regional Manager and Owner
Achieve occupancy goals and leasing targets using a variety of marketing strategies
Meet delinquency standards on a weekly and monthly basis
Conduct daily physical inspections of the property to ensure everything is running smoothly
Supervise the office and maintenance staff
Secure Regional Manager approval for any expenses outside the approved budget
