Linke Resources is recruiting Crisis Specialists for a Crisis Residential Program located in West Reading, PA. The program assists adults experiencing varying levels of crisis. The services support humanistic and recovery-oriented principles by instilling hope, social connection, and a belief that all individuals experiencing crisis can readily regain control of their lives with the right support and interventions.

Shifts available:

3rd Shift Crisis Specialist Friday-Monday (PT or FT) & 1st Shift Crisis Specialist PT Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

1 year salary of Life Insurance Responsibilities:

Provide quality services based on established best practice principles of care

Conduct appropriate aftercare follow-up contacts.

Maintain quality documentation of clinical service delivery.

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation, including but not limited to progress notes, treatment plans, risk assessments, safety plans and discharge summaries.

Provide all supporting documentation required for insurance authorization in a timely manner.

Participate in both internal and external multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with program residents, their families, payers, behavioral health providers, including case management and ACT Teams, MCO care managers, and other local county and community partners. Requirements:

Master's Degree +3 years' experience

Bachelors + 5 years' experience and 2 years of Supervisory experience (experience could be shift lead or training others)
