AdventHealth Palm Coast or Daytona Beach is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Advanced Practice Provider (APP) either a Nurse Practitioner (ACNP/AGACNP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) to join our Critical Care Medicine team as a Nocturnist. This full-time, 7-on/7-off night role offers the best of both worlds: high-acuity ICU action and plenty of beach days off.

What You'll Do:

Provide inpatient ICU care for adult critical care patients

Manage overnight admissions, rounding, codes, and rapid responses

Work alongside collaborative intensivists and hospitalists

Use Epic EMR + access to state-of-the-art ICU tech

Enjoy night shift autonomy in a supportive hospital culture

Requirements:

Graduate of an ACNP/AGACNP or PA program

Licensed (or eligible) in Florida

National certification (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA)

ACLS & BLS certified

1+ year ICU or inpatient experience preferred

Able to work independently overnight in a fast-paced environment
