Controller Structured Financial Leadership Opportunity

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistency, reliability, and accuracy of the organization s financial records. This position is ideal for someone who values responsibility, is naturally risk-aware, and enjoys building systems that stand the test of time.

What You ll Do:

Ensure financial reporting is fully compliant with GAAP and internal standards

Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings with discipline and timeliness

Lead the preparation of audited financial statements, regulatory reports, and internal documentation

Maintain rigorous internal controls, reconciliation processes, and policy adherence

Serve as a key liaison with auditors and tax advisors, ensuring smooth, accurate communication

Administer and refine the CECL model and other regulatory financial tools

Support budgeting, variance analysis, and financial planning with a data-backed, process-driven approach

Keep accounting policies current and ensure compliance through routine policy reviews

Perform detailed accounting research and bring thoughtful solutions to complex scenarios What You Bring:

Bachelor s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)

5+ years of experience in financial services, community banking, or public accounting

Deep knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting

Strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy and accountability

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working within a defined financial framework

Experience working independently with a high level of responsibility and trust
