Independent Living Skills Trainer/ILST

Project Genesis, Inc. is currently seeking staff to deliver services as Independent Living Skills Trainers (ILST) within our Acquired Brain Injury Program.
Work one-on-one with individuals in (Windham county) Willimantic, to help improve their ability to live independently in the community. Provide non-medical care, supervision, and socialization in accordance with the client’s service plan.
Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Reliable transportation, good driving record, valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
2 years experience working with ABI with High School Diploma or Equivalent OR 1 year experience working with ABI with Bachelor's degree.

Mon-Tues 9a-4p ILST (16 hours)
Sat 9a-4:30p ILST (7.5hrs)
Every other Sunday 9a-5pm ILST 8 hours
Every Sunday 6-10p 4 ILST hours
Thursday and Friday 6-10p ILST 8 hours
Wed 9a-5, Saturday 9a-5p ILST/VI (8 hours)—16 hours
Pay: $18.00 per hour.
