Business Operations Program Manager
Location: Chantilly, VA
TENICA is seeking a Programmatic Manager to support the development, monitoring, and execution of programmatic and financial activities across various projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial processes, administrative tasks, and program reporting for multi-faceted programs. No clearance necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Support the development and monitoring of financial spend plans.
Generate funding documents and prepare financial presentations.
Analyze financial performance and assist with budget deviations, recommending corrective actions to the Program COTR and PM.
Program Support:
Assist in all stages of program execution, including development, source selection, execution, closeout, and transition.
Review and edit program-related documents.
Develop and maintain trackers and logistics.
Coordinate meetings and manage stakeholder data collection.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support for internal processes, including timecard tracking and approvals.
Assist with ad-hoc reporting, quarterly execution reviews, and re-baselining of CLINs/Contract Periods.
Support the preparation of contract history and information for new bids and re-compete proposals.
Leadership & Reporting:
Take a leadership role in ensuring timely collection, assessment, and reporting of financial and programmatic information.
Oversee program performance against plans, providing recommendations for improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
DoD or IC finance and contract management experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
