About the role:
As a Senior Project Manager - eVinci you will be responsible for all project management processes on multiple projects of a medium complexity for the eVinci microreactor program. Requires leading project teams including project controls. Working with eVinci Program Management, engineering, and project leadership to manage engagements with program team members.
You will report to the Senior Manager - Program Management, eVinci.
This is a hybrid role, located in Etna, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: directly supporting the engineering managed scope for eVinci design
Lead scope management, schedule status and modifications, and provide monthly reporting.
PM delivery of the design for plant engineering, design integration group scope and coordinate with team members.
Manage selected Sub contractor’s POs to include quality, and budget on deliverables
Communicate program updates with internal leadership for the eVinci Program
Support the existing project management organization.
Support proposal efforts for new bids
Maintain risk register for group. Seek updates and ensure accurate reporting/management.
Manage project milestones
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in applicable disciplines include Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management or related technical discipline.
4+ years professional experience in Program and/or Project management.
PMI PMP certification helpful
Track record delivering quality on time and within predictable cost controls
General knowledge of nuclear industry and related associations.
Organizational experience with planning, budgeting, operations and goals.
Knowledge of team building, planning techniques, principles and practices.
Experience developing scope, schedule and budget plans.
