This REMOTE role bridges the gap between our Marketing and Engineering teams by implementing, managing, and optimizing our analytics, advertising, and marketing automation integrations.
This individual will be responsible primarily for technical implementation and integration tasks but will also play a key role in strategy discussions, planning, and evaluation of new tools and platforms. They will have direct interaction with the Marketing team and report to the Director of Engineering.
Platphorm, LLC builds innovative multi-modal information exchanges and provides a soup-to-nuts system that allows businesses to build scalable, reliable marketplaces where buyers pay sellers for information delivered by voice, mail, chat, SMS, or recorded phone message.
The marketplace we’ve built enables anyone to provide fee-based advice in their area of expertise, at a price of their choosing, and for others to find them and pay for a conversation. The interaction can take place over the phone, email, text, or chat.
Responsibilities:
Implement, manage, and optimize analytics and marketing integrations including GA4, GTM, Facebook Pixel, TikTok, CleverTap, AppsFlyer and other similar platforms.
Collaborate closely with Marketing stakeholders to ensure accurate data collection, insightful analysis, and actionable reporting.
Work alongside Engineering to integrate analytics and marketing automation solutions within React and Ruby on Rails applications.
Partner with our remote Mobile Development Team to ensure that tracking in our Apps and Web is consistent.
Participate in strategy sessions, helping evaluate new analytics and marketing technologies, and contributing technical insights to inform decisions.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in relevant roles.
Demonstrated experience implementing and optimizing analytics, advertising, and marketing automation tools
Proficiency with JavaScript and Ruby on Rails, familiarity with React is a plus.
Strong SQL Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving marketing technology stacks.
Ability to turn business questions into data models, SQL queries, and visualizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in marketing technology, analytics integration, or digital marketing.
Experience working in a consulting or hybrid technical-marketing role.
Experience working with MMM platforms (e.g., Northbeam, RockerBox, Singular).
Experience with the design, build, and maintenance of ETL/ELT pipelines from event data into analytics ready tables
Experience developing and maintaining dashboards (i.e., Looker, Tableau) for marketing performance, user behavior, funnel conversion, cohort analysis, and revenue attribution.
