Who we are looking for

You will be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications. This includes roles and responsibilities of managing Java/Java EE application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.

Java developer responsibilities include designing, developing and delivering high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.

The role will be based out of Boston and collaborating with teams globally.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

As Java Developer you will

Develop solutions in Java using best practices around enterprise architecture such as dependency management, design patterns, complexity estimation & persistence layers.

Deliver high quality code deliverables for modules

Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.

Actively involve in addressing business user queries and adhere to SLA

Have innovative mindset and brainstorm new ideas.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

1-2+ years of related technology and domain experience with technology degree from tier1 college.

Strong technologist with hands-on experience

Solid understanding in functional and/or object-oriented programming language using Java and/or Scala Multi-threaded applications

Creating and consuming RESTful services

Memory Management, Garbage Collection & Performance Tuning

Experience and working knowledge of distributed/cluster computing concept

Self-managed and results-oriented with sense of ownership is required

Excellent analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills is required

Salary Range: $70,000 - $115,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
