Network Program Manager
As a Network Program Manager, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on the Network Program Manager joining our team to provide program management and 24x7x365 primary and secondary network operations center (NOC) staffing including engineering support, problem identification, troubleshooting, and maintenance for CBP (Customs and Border Protection) Local Area Network (LAN), Metropolitan Area Network (MAN), and Wide Area Network (WAN).
HOW A NETWORK PROGRAM MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Oversees all aspects of the successful delivery of task order requirements throughout the period of performance, ensuring a high-quality customer experience for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)
Serves as the Contractor’s Point of Contact (POC) for the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)
Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks
Manages teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations
Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization
Meets with customer and Contractor personnel to develop and review task plans and deliverable items
Ensures meeting program task schedules and costs, and manages quality
Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organizes and delegates responsibilities to subordinates and oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related technical fields such as Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Networking and Telecommunications OR five (5) years of relevant technical experience with a bachelor’s degree in a non-technical field. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, eight (8) years of relevant technical experience
Required Experience: Minimum of Fifteen (15) years’ experience in organizing, directing, and managing contract operation support functions and multiple complex and inter-related projects for a large, complex Federal agency
Required Tech Skills: Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL v3 Foundation certifications
Security Clearance Level: CBP Public Trust

The likely salary range for this position is $125,800 - $170,200. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
