To support its expanding operations, the company is currently seeking Key Account Managers in the USA.
Work Location: Dallas, Texas or Bay Area, California (Remote work available; travel within and outside the U.S. required)
Annual Salary: $84,000 – $108,000 USD, plus commission, enhanced benefits.
1) Responsibilities
Develop market strategies and work objectives for ODM key account based on the strategic plan of the communication segment, and coordinate the relevant work of various departments.
Develop and maintain relationships with ODM key account, understand their needs and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and promote business cooperation and order signing.
Continuously track and analyze global market trends, ODM key account demands, industry characteristics, and competitor situations, identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market trends, and adjust sales strategies and plans in a timely manner.
Provide sales performance reports and analysis, and regularly report regional business situations and trends to the department head.
Collect and collate the demands and feedback information of ODM key account, provide references and suggestions for the company's product strategies, and assist in formulating product development and market-promotion plans to enhance product competitiveness and market share.
2) Qulifications
Have more than 5 years of work experience in the wireless telecommunications industry.
Have Capable of independently developing and maintaining key customer relationships, and successfully driving large-scale sales projects.
Have a good understanding of direct sales (telecom operators or designated accounts) and channel sales.
Possess Excellent sales skills and customer service awareness.
Having Technical and Project Management skillset and experience will be an advantage.
Have good communication and coordination abilities.
Have Excellent market research and analysis capabilities.
Have key account resources in the wireless telecommunications industry.
Be responsible, able to withstand pressure, adapt to a multicultural and team-working environment.
