In this role you will work directly with executive business leaders to develop and execute strategies that enable their organizations to expand, develop and perform as Meta’s Data Center requirements shift.
This role is focused on enhancing business results by delivering workforce insights, crafting evidence-based workforce strategies, and developing driver-based headcount plans alongside business leaders.
Responsibilities:
Workforce Strategy Manager Responsibilities:
Support executive leaders with workforce planning for their organizations, translating business requirements into workforce strategies.
Facilitate the annual headcount planning process and evaluate ad hoc requests for new headcount.
Identify new types of roles that will enable teams to achieve shifting business requirements.
Discover the drivers of work and develop models that describe how teams should scale as business requirements expand.
Develop and launch evidence-based workforce strategies to increase workforce efficiency, remove hiring roadblock or solve other business challenges.
Enable leaders to understand and manage their workforce resources by developing and delivering reports and insights.
Partners with data center teams, Recruiting, Finance, HR, and other cross-functional partners to develop and execute strategies.
Demonstrate judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data.
Qualification and experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of professional experience in a workforce strategy role, including headcount planning and developing evidence-based strategies to improve business results with workforce levers.
5+ years of experience consulting with executive leaders on workforce strategies.
Experience collecting, interpreting, and reporting on data to make business recommendations for leaders in a fast-paced environment.
Experience establishing and maintaining cross-functional relationships.
Experience with communication, organization, and working on multiple projects.
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior, Organizational Psychology, Economics, or related field.

MS in Organizational Behavior, Organizational Psychology, Economics, or related degree.
Experience developing strategies for a technical workforce.
Experience in hyperscale data center or infrastructure operations is a plus.
