SENIOR UX/UI DESIGNER

The Role

We're seeking a senior UX/UI designer to take ownership of our digital presence, focusing on improving our customer-facing platform and website. This is a fully remote position working with teams across Europe and Asia timezones.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end design process for our digital products

Lead UX improvements for our ecommerce enablement platform, with emphasis on user flows and interface design

Maintain and evolve our website design and app design

Develop and implement a cohesive design system across all digital touchpoints

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

Collaborate closely with our marketing team and developers to bring designs to life

Document design decisions and maintain design libraries in Figma

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in digital product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI expertise

Experience designing B2B websites and mobile apps

Proficiency with design tools including Figma, Vercel, and similar platforms

Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices

Experience creating and maintaining design systems

Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration

Independent working style with strong documentation habits

Demonstrated experience working with a global platform/product

Bonus Skills

HTML/CSS knowledge to slice your own designs

Experience working with product teams in the ecommerce or SaaS space

Experience designing for international markets and users

Salary Range

$100,000- $125,000 (USD) depending on experience
