Finance & Billing Manager – Isuzu Location West Allis, WI

Badger Truck & Auto Group has a rare and exciting opportunity at our Isuzu location in West Allis, WI! We are currently seeking a Finance & Billing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong automotive F&I experience, a deep understanding of aftermarket products, and a thorough knowledge of state compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in securing financing for their vehicle purchases through partnerships with various lending institutions.

Present and explain aftermarket options, including warranties and protection plans.

Ensure all vehicle sales are processed in accordance with state laws, including registration, licensing, tax, and title documentation.

Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive finance & insurance (F&I).

Proven ability to structure profitable deals.

Strong background in leasing and special finance programs.

In-depth knowledge of DMV/state requirements for vehicle documentation.

High ethical standards with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication, customer service, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency with computers and dealership software systems.

Professional appearance and solid work ethic.

Strong time management and task prioritization skills.

Valid driver’s license required.

Store Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
