About the Company
Our client is a global market leader with manufacturing and service operations in over 100 countries. Their products are known for unmatched reliability, engineering excellence, and customer-first innovation. In North America, they're experiencing 44% year-over-year growth—and they're just getting started.
This is a rare opportunity to represent a product line that's widely regarded as the best in its class, and to join a company with the agility of a tight-knit team and the resources of a global powerhouse.
About the Role
We're seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Manager to own and grow a high-potential territory across the Midwest—including Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. This is a true hunter role for someone who thrives on building relationships from the ground up, solving real-world problems for fleet operators, dealers, and OEMs, and growing wallet share in underserved accounts.
You'll be the face of the brand in your region, with full ownership of your territory, a strong product behind you, and the support of leadership that trusts you to get results without micromanagement.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
Industry-Leading Product – Easy to stand behind; strong brand equity and engineering quality
Freedom + Accountability – No micromanagement, just clear expectations and support
High-Growth Organization – Be part of a company scaling rapidly across North America
Compensation Without a Ceiling – Uncapped earnings potential; you write your own paycheck
Team-Oriented Culture – Tight-knit, low-turnover group that values loyalty and results
This is a role for a closer—someone who builds relationships, delivers solutions, and grows territory. If you're ready to own your success in a fast-moving environment with real upside, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Grow sales through direct outreach, relationship-building, and solution-based selling
Manage all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to close
Develop long-term customer relationships
Work independently and strategically, reporting directly to the national sales director
Travel within territory ~50% of the time
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2–3 years' experience in heavy truck, hydraulics, mobile equipment, or a related industrial sector
Proven ability to develop a territory and close business
High energy, proactive mindset, self-driven
Someone who doesn't take no for an answer, but knows how to build trust over time
Comfortable working solo and being accountable for results
Excellent communication and follow-through
