Machine Learning Specialist

We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer or Researcher with the following qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

Engage in all aspects of the machine learning workflow (data preparation, model development, evaluation, and infrastructure management).

Design and implement innovative model architectures and advanced training algorithms.

Create robust data pipelines and training infrastructure to handle massive, petabyte-scale multimodal datasets.

Conduct rapid experimentation and thorough ablation studies to enhance our models.

Continuously update knowledge of the latest research findings to infuse new ideas into our projects.

What We Are Looking For

We appreciate a tenacious problem-solver who excels at speedy execution and adapts well to new challenges.

A solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, specializing in at least one key area such as Computer Vision, Sensor Fusion, Language Models, or Physics-informed Neural Networks.

Proven experience in training models, along with the ability to analyze experimental results through detailed analysis and ablation studies.

Expertise in developing and optimizing massive petabyte-scale data pipelines.

Knowledge of distributed training systems is advantageous.

[Bonus] Background in meteorology, computational fluid dynamics, or numerical simulations would be a plus.
