Summary

Provide summer research support to Professor Ken Stahl.

Responsibilities

Assist law school faculty with research and scholarship through tasks such as: Conducting legal research using hard copy materials and various databases and resources, including WestLaw, LexisNexis, and academic journals. Assisting in the preparation of research memos, articles, and case studies. Summarizing and analyzing legal cases, statutes, and regulations. Collaboring with faculty on ongoing projects, providing insights and feedback as needed. Attending meetings and assist in the development of course materials or lectures. Staying updated on relevant legal developments and trends. Drafting, typing, and editing law-related documents.

Required Qualifications
