Alphanumeric is hiring a DATA GOVERNANCE AND INTEGRITY PROJECT LEAD to work in Zebulon, NC with our client of 20 years committed to improving lives through medical and pharmaceutical advancements.
The Data Governance and Integrity Project Lead will drive the successful execution of critical Data Governance projects within the Global Supply Chain (GSC). This role requires strong project management, technical expertise in Power BI and website development, and exceptional communication skills. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of the Data Governance Strategy, addressing increasing regulatory expectations and evolving challenges across Pharma and Vaccines manufacturing supply chains, external supply, and Local Operating Companies (LOCs).
This role requires full eligibility to work in the USA. We do not offer work visa sponsorships for this position.
CONDITIONS:
Type of employment: W2 Contract (on-site). MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON A W2.
Pay rate: 68$/hour.
Duration: 6 months (potential for extension or becoming FTE).
Work location: Zebulon, NC (Hybrid - 3 days in the office).
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm EST.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience leading data governance initiatives and managing projects, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
No minimum degree required.
Data Governance Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of data governance principles, best practices, and industry standards.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and internal websites.
Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and software, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GMP Activities and ICH Q9 Quality Risk Management.
Data Management Expertise: Experience in data management topics, including data governance, data security, data modeling, and data catalogs.
Change Management: Experience in developing and implementing change management and communication plans.
Technical Tools: Familiarity with learning management systems and documentation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the program manager for the Global Data Governance and Integrity Program.
Act as the central point of coordination between functional DG leads and local site contacts to ensure alignment with program objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Support Global DG&I team in translating strategic objectives into operational actions across geographies.
Provide orientation and guidance on new concepts to stakeholders unfamiliar with data governance best practices.
Support the Global DG&I team in developing and articulating the strategic vision for the Data Governance and Integrity program, ensuring all program outputs contribute to the broader 2030 roadmap and organizational transformation objectives.
Project Deliverables:
Develop and deliver the following Power BI dashboards:
Manual CPP Project Dashboard.
Data Process Mapping and Assessment Project Dashboard.
Data Quality Management Improvement Project Dashboard.
GSC Data Governance Program Dashboard.
Create and deploy a Data Governance Integrity website using GSK tools, including comprehensive supporting documentation.
Project Management and Communication:
Develop and maintain detailed project timelines for all assigned projects.
Create and implement a Communication Toolset with templates for QS&D Projects.
Prepare and deliver regular project reports in collaboration with project coordinators.
Manage communication effectively across all stakeholder channels.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations for ad-hoc meetings.
Organize and facilitate coordinator forums, including:
Accurate and timely meeting minutes (MoM).
Diligent action item follow-up.
Proactive preparation for subsequent meetings.
Define and implement robust communication and change management plans for strategic deployments.
