Description:

Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Analyst – Product FP&A to join our growing Finance team and partner closely with product, engineering, and R&D leadership.

In this role, you’ll lead IRAD and OPEX planning, support investment decisions, and build foundational structure to enable agile, insight-driven growth.

You'll be at the center of driving clarity in an evolving environment—ideal for someone who thrives on cross-functional work, building processes from the ground up, and is comfortable taking informed risks to support innovation.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end planning and forecasting for product-related expenses, including IRAD budgets, engineering spend, and tooling/software costs.

Partner with product leadership to align financial plans with technical and innovation roadmaps.

Track and report on IRAD investment performance, ROI, and alignment with long-term strategy.

Develop and manage models to support strategic investment decisions and scenario planning.

Design scalable financial processes and dashboards to bring visibility to spend and performance.

Serve as a thought partner to cross-functional teams, helping them understand the financial impact of key decisions.

Support month-end close processes, variance analysis, and management reporting.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and proposing new ways to structure data, reporting, or planning.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar roles; experience in product-focused or R&D-intensive companies is strongly preferred.

Strong modeling and analytical skills

Proven ability to operate independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive alignment in ambiguous settings.

Experience with IRAD, R&D finance, or Opex ownership is a strong plus.

Comfortable making decisions and recommendations with imperfect information—balanced risk-taking is part of your approach.

Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Experience in financial systems or tooling improvements (e.g. Netsuite, Foundry).

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (MBA, CFA) a plus.
