Work shall be performed at DLA locations in Columbus, Ohio, Ft. Belvoir, Virginia or Battle Creek, MI.
Connected Logistics is recruiting for a TOPM to support DLA's External Application Incident Response Support Services (EAIRSS).
In this position, the TOPM serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the
same migration system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level COR, Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.
Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner. Performs enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems.
Requirements
Demonstrated leadership experience in projects of similar size and complexity
Six years (6) general IT experience
Six years (6) cybersecurity experience
Must possess a Risk Management Professional credential
Must possess a PMP or equivalent
Strong knowledge of RMF
Must possess a DOD Secret Clearance and be eligible for an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) upon assignment. Additionally, any team member assigned duties as CERT Analyst shall possess a DOD TOP SECRET Clearance and be eligible for an IT-I Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 5 (T5)
Must have Baseline Certification for IAM III (CISSP, CISM, etc)
Must be willing to complete a “Computer Network Defense” CE Certifications within six (6) months
