About the Role:

We’re looking for a versatile UI/UX Designer who can conceptualize and craft beautiful, intuitive user experiences, while also having the hands-on ability to bring those designs to life through high-quality HTML and CSS. You’ll also leverage your graphic design skills to create custom visual elements and assets, from icons to illustrations, ensuring that our products are both functional and visually compelling.

You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and the wider design team to create seamless experiences that users love, and you’ll directly contribute to the front-end code that powers our product’s look and feel.

Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype engaging, intuitive user experiences with a focus on simplicity and usability.

• Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Deliver clean, production-quality HTML and CSS that are responsive, modular, and scalable.

• Develop and implement custom visual assets (icons, illustrations, UI elements) using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other graphic design tools.

• Ensure accessibility, performance, and responsiveness across different devices and screen sizes.

• Build and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.

• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.

• Provide guidance on typography, color schemes, layout, and other design systems for a polished final product.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio that demonstrates both design skills and front-end implementation.

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS techniques (BEM, CSS-in-JS, or utility-first frameworks).

• Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating and editing custom graphics, icons, and visual assets.

• Experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for designing and prototyping user interfaces.

• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices (WCAG).

• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for visual design, UI consistency, and brand aesthetics.

• Familiarity with design handoff tools (e.g., Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode, Storybook).

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of React and how it interacts with UI/UX designs (e.g., component-based thinking).

• Experience designing and implementing design systems or UI kits.

• Experience with animation or motion design (e.g., Framer Motion, Adobe After Effects).

• Basic JavaScript skills to assist with prototyping or building interactive elements.
