Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Chat Agent and 6 months in BPO customer service.

Personality: A gamer with an interactive personality and a positive attitude.

Commitment: A strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and punctuality.

Flexibility: Willingness to work a 24/7 shift schedule.

Skills

Attention to detail

Good grammar

Typing speed atleast 30-35

Chat experience is ideal

Some vehicle knowledge would be an asset

Punctual

Flexible schedule

No job hoppers (6 months or more staying steady in a job)

Customer Service

Able to multi-task

A passion for gaming could be a plus
