Qualifications:

Proven experience delivering a strong customer experience.

Ability to successfully guide customers throughout the service process.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Experience.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong amount of emotional intelligence.

Ability to work as part of a team
