The minimum starting compensation range for a full-time position will be $18.72/hour. Prior applicable full-time paraprofessional or teaching experience may be eligible for additional compensation up to $20.36/hour in accordance with the Appendix of the Board-BESP Paraprofessionals agreement.
Employment beginning after the normal employment start date will be prorated based on the number of days worked.
