In 2019, Ward Home joined the Auberle family and has three programs in our Young Adult Services Department.
Program Description:
The Family Healing Center (FHC) is an innovative licensed inpatient 3.5 drug and alcohol facility dedicated to comprehensive addiction treatment and family healing. FHC provides a holistic approach to recovery, offering personalized care for individuals struggling with addiction while actively involving their families in the healing process.
Through a combination of evidence-based therapies, trauma-informed care, and family support programs, FHC addresses the underlying causes of addiction, promoting emotional and behavioral well-being. Children live on-site with their parent during treatment, allowing families to remain connected and supported throughout the recovery journey. The program empowers individuals to rebuild their lives and strengthens family bonds, fostering a supportive environment for long-term recovery and resilience.
Position Title and Overview:
Facility Director - Family Healing Center
Lead and manage all aspects of facility operations, ensuring full compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards (DDAP, DHS, and CYF) to uphold the highest quality of care.
Inspire and develop a multidisciplinary team, providing leadership to program, clinical, and medical staff while fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and evidence-based service delivery.
Champion excellence in care by ensuring alignment with ASAM Criteria and promoting trauma-informed practices that empower the individuals and families we serve.
Oversee budgeting and financial planning, ensuring responsible stewardship of resources and alignment of financial decisions with programmatic goals and organizational priorities.
Serve as the key liaison between the organization and external entities, including funders, government agencies, referral sources, and community partners.
Location and Travel Requirements:
This position is primarily located in Mt. Oliver. All positions are also expected to come to training, meetings, and other events at Main Campus in McKeesport, as scheduled.
The travel required for this position is regular.

Qualifications
.
Position Requirements:
Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required.
Bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, or other related fields.
Valid PA driver’s license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance.
2 years of direct service (clinical), 2 years of program planning, and 2 years of supervising others, required.
This position is shift work and shifts may include weekends, evenings, overnight, and holidays.
