The final candidate selected for the position will be required to undergo a criminal background check. The Ohio Department of Taxation is looking for one (1) Infrastructure Specialist 3.

As an Infrastructure Specialist 3, you will:

Provide Tier 3 support and engineering for a large, distributed group of PCs.

Use tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), Active Directory Group Policy, Microsoft InTune.

Create and maintain Group Policy objects and use Group Policy to maintain security baseline for IRS standards.

Use SCCM to deploy operating system images, create & deploy task sequences; creating packages for software and operating system deployments.

Manage and patch PC vulnerabilities, analyze security issues for new & existing systems, determine appropriate endpoint security controls.
