We have been retained by one of the Southeasts leading commercial General Contractors to help them fill the strategic hire for Head of HR to lead all HR functions throughout the company. This individual will report directly to the CEO and lead an excellent team of 3-5+ HR reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management

7+ years' of professional HR experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role

Experience working for a construction General Contractor or Engineering oriented business a huge plus

Strong generalist experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
