Impact Timeline Video – 2024 Overview As the General Sales Manager for AI Consulting, you will be pivotal in establishing and expanding our AI Consulting practice. Initially, this role will be a player/coach position where you will act as a front-line Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting sales teams and leading all AI consulting engagements.
The General Sales Manager will serve as a strategic AI expert, partnering with business leaders to uncover operational gaps, identify challenges, and design transformative AI solutions that drive long-term growth. Collaborating with sales teams and technical experts, you will conduct in-depth business assessments, align AI solutions with organizational goals, and deliver tailored strategies. This role is pivotal in bridging AI technology and business strategy, ensuring clients achieve sustainable growth through innovative AI-driven solutions. Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
Act as the front-line AI subject matter expert, supporting sales teams during prospecting and throughout the sales cycle
Drive growth by identifying and pursuing new AI consulting opportunities
Provide strategic guidance to sales teams, ensuring AI solutions align with client needs and business goals
Build and nurture strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships
Client Engagement & Consulting
Lead discovery meetings to understand client operations, challenges, and transformation opportunities, introducing AI-driven solutions
Lead AI consulting engagements from initial discovery to solution design and implementation
Present actionable recommendations to executive stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into business value
Develop and deliver tailored AI strategies, prioritizing ROI-driven solutions that address process efficiency, scalability, and digital transformation
Practice Development
Help develop the foundational framework for the AI Consulting practice, including service offerings, methodologies, and best practices
Create a roadmap for scaling the practice, including identifying hiring needs and structuring future teams
Develop concise sales descriptions and value propositions for AI solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive service delivery and client satisfaction
Training & Enablement
Design and deliver AI-focused training programs for sales and consulting teams
Partner with internal teams to develop learning materials and resources that enhance AI consulting capabilities
Process Improvement
Continuously review and enhance sales and consulting processes to optimize client engagement and solution delivery
Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement
Contribute to the development of pricing models and proposal strategies for AI solutions
Technology Solutions
AI Strategy Consulting: Developing tailored AI strategies to drive innovation and efficiency
Data Analytics & AI-Driven Insights: Leveraging data to inform strategic business decisions
AI Process Automation: Identifying and implementing automation solutions to improve operational workflows
Change Management: Supporting clients through the adoption and implementation of AI solutions Things We Are Looking For

Expected compensation range of $120,000-$140,000 + commission eligibility
