Your Role:
As an SRS Territory Manager (Outside Sales Professional), your primary responsibility will be to drive sales through direct interactions with existing and potential customers.
Customer Experience and Relationships: Foster strong customer relationships to enhance the customer experience and expand our core customer base.
Prospecting: Proactively seek new customers through cold calls, tradeshows, trade associations, outreach campaigns, and networking.
Active Listening: Engage customers attentively to understand their needs and build trust.
Problem-Solving: Assess customer needs, identify suitable products or services, and assist them in achieving their goals.
Communication: Clearly articulate product or service features, promptly address customer concerns, and convey the value proposition effectively.
Planning and Territory Management: Strategize and prioritize sales efforts to improve sales effectiveness.
Teamwork: Collaborate with branch and field support teams to meet customer expectations without surprises.
Responsiveness: Address all requests promptly and embody our 'Consider It Done' attitude.
Results-Driven: Aim to meet or exceed sales, margin, and mix expectations consistently.
Additional Responsibilities:
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with core customers.
Participate in weekly sales meetings.
Complete all mandated training.
Drive the adoption of digital solutions.
Provide insightful reporting and data analysis for your territory.
Ensure customer accounts are in good standing.
Collaborate with vendors to meet customer requirements.
Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Requirements for Success:
At least 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in roofing, building products, or similar sectors.
Strong command of English and/or Spanish (in certain locations).
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
Willingness to travel for company meetings, tradeshows, and industry events.

The base salary for this position typically ranges from $37,500.00 to $75,000.00 annually. SRS considers various factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, and experience in determining salary. Please consult with our Talent Acquisition Partner for more information.
