We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Product Management join our Enterprise Delivery Framework team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL- HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Bring subject matter expertise in the Jira platform and its interactions with supporting systems in the ecosystem

Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Engineering, Business groups, Risk) to design and drive solutions that fit the needs of our users

Devise and enhance solutions that support workflows and processes in the newly established operating model at BNY. This includes improving work planning for each PI and determining teams’ capacity to meet work demand.

Represent the capabilities of the Jira platform, the unique operating framework at BNY and the integration with new and existing solutions

Define product metrics, measure performance, and use data to inform product decisions.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.

10-12 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in Product Management, operations, client management preferred. MBA or CFA preferred.

Strong technical/data analytical/critical thinking and passionate about problem solving (help bring efficiencies to existing and new operating models)

Comfortable with the technical details but able to abstract ideas for non-technical stakeholders

Clear and concise presentation skills; able to communicate ideas regardless of the audience and rally associates to his/her vision

Solid understanding of the Jira platform, its capabilities, reporting options and integration options upstream and downstream

Ability to manage simultaneous priorities. Possesses a “get-it-done” attitude – ability to get around roadblocks and stay focused on the vision. Organized, resourceful, and able to prioritize tasks.

Customer Focused – ability to deliver high-quality products that delight customers and align to their vision.

Has an interest to constantly learn new tools and technologies and a passion to share knowledge with the team.
