Role Overview:

As a Sales Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by engaging directly with both current and prospective clients in the field. Your efforts will focus on:

Enhancing Customer Experience: Foster strong and lasting customer relationships to boost core customer loyalty.

Prospecting: Identify and pursue potential customers through various channels including cold calls, tradeshows, and networking events.

Active Listening: Understand customer needs to build trust and rapport effectively.

Problem-Solving: Offer tailored solutions that align with customer needs, helping them achieve their goals.

Effective Communication: Articulate product features clearly, address customer inquiries, and highlight the unique value of our offerings.

Strategic Planning: Plan and prioritize sales activities to maximize effectiveness in your territory.

Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with branch and field support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed customer expectations.

Responsiveness: Adhere to a 'Consider It Done' approach in all customer interactions.

Outcome Driven: Consistently meet or exceed sales and margin targets.

Additional Responsibilities:

Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key customers.

Participate in weekly sales meetings and complete necessary training.

Encourage the adoption of our digital solutions.

Provide relevant reporting and data analysis.

Maintain account integrity and collaborate with vendors as needed.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Success Factors:

Minimum of 1 year of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in roofing, building products, or related industries.

Strong command of English; bilingual skills (Spanish) may be advantageous in certain locations.

High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.

Willingness to travel for company meetings, tradeshows, and industry events.

The salary range for this position is typically between $37,500.00 and $75,000.00 annually. SRS/Heritage takes into account various factors including job-related skills and experience when determining final salary.
